Kalyani provides , knowledge centre services and bridge training to meritorious youth. It encourages young graduates from local communities to serve as teachers in low-income schools to provide committed and quality education to children and also provide job-based training in the Hi-Tech domain of VLSI/Embedded/Software. It addresses the problem of quality teaching and teachers by using technology to reach remote rural children and schools and operates Kalyani libraries which act as knowledge centres providing free books and academic material to students.

Kalyani Provides placement assistance and different types of employment training to disadvantaged persons coming from different walks of life. Training programs cover vocational skills, soft skills, life skills, English speaking and exposure visits to prepare trainees for real-life work environment in the organized sector. Its capacity building programs for trainers from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) aim at maximizing the outreach to youth from underprivileged communities

OBJECTIVES
- To start nursery, primary, high school, Pre-university courses, Degree colleges including Medical and Engineering colleges. and also start and run and maintain Libraries, Free reading room for the use among the members or open to public at large.
- encourage and develop social and Economical standards for women, children, Orphans and poor people and also provide provide facilities for disabled and orphans in rural and urban areas. .
- To provide facilities for disabled and orphans in rural and urban areas.
- To open and maintain of hostels for use of poor students. and also give scholarships and assistance to the deserving students coming from the poor families and also to assist the members who are in distress.
- To promote education, science, Literature, Fine Arts, Charity and sports.
- ⦁ To give training in Dramas, Instrumental (Thala-Instrumetns, String Instruments, Flute) such as Tabela, Mridangam, Ghatam, mouthargan, Violin, Veena, and to conduct Music classes, Dance classes and also to open training college for women.
- To provide medical facilities for deserving children of the locality to start Health Clinic, Hospital Diagnostic Centres etc.

Kalyani Foundation are from low-income families and mostly live in slum and slum rehabilitation colonies. We use different approaches to reach our target audience and make them job-ready. These include

We provide financial assistance to children who have to drop out because of lack of money and help in Primary education for the underprivileged. Good education provides many objectives in life;
Agricultural and Food
It is a well-known fact that farmers, in general, have a poor resource base, and as a result, their risk-bearing ability is also quite low. Farmers across different size groups are reluctant adopters

Cultural activities provide the chance to develop skills beyond reading and writing. They help students acquire new skills that can be applied to their lives, such as leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving, which prepare them for school life

Their main goal is to make the world better for all suffering humans. The purpose of an NGO is to focus on all topics relating to human rights, social issues, environmental issues, and advocacy. They strive to develop and improve society's social and political conditions on a large scale.
Sports
we give training on sports like football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, cricket, kabaddi and skilled games. Carrom, Chess to build mini stadium or hall for indoors and outdoors games. Conduct competitions and matches and start coaching classes for training youth in various sports
